We’d love to tell you that our products are all you need for a million dollar smile but sadly that’s not the case.

We work closely with our friends at Oasis Dental Care who help their patients achieve great dental health with regular check-ups and advice which includes using our xylitol mints & gum after snacks and meals.

Together we share the belief that by having a good oral hygiene routine and visiting your dentist regularly, it is possible to minimise the need for future treatment.

Here are our 3 top tips for keeping your gnashers healthy:

1. Keep em clean.

Brushing, cleaning between your teeth and using mouthwash should be a regular part of your oral hygiene routine.  But it’s important to do it in the right way. You can find a page here with lots more info on how to do this effectively.

2. Visit your dentist.

Preventative care is the best way to approach dental health so regular check-ups with your dentist and hygienist are very important. It’s much better to deal with problems early and ideally prevent them happening in the first place.  Leaving them untreated means they could be more difficult, painful or expensive to fix in the future.

3. Snack less frequently.

It’s not just what you eat, it’s how often that affects the health of your teeth. Every time you eat, sugars in foods cause acid attacks which lead to decay. Our xylitol mints & gum help stop these acid attacks but the best thing is to reduce the number of times you snack during the day to stop them happening in the first place.

That’s the important stuff and if you can stick to those simple things, chances are you’ll be smiling proudly for many a year to come.
