Sampling for Beginners

5 March 2010

Tools of the Trade (note the green tongs)

This week we have been talking to more people about our chewing gum and getting them to sample it, so they could have that all important first chew.

Dave and Ed went along to As Nature Intended in Balham armed with lots of gum, some funny green serving tongs, a pile of booklets, some badges and a load of Peppersmith disposal papers.

All in all it was a success and we now have lots of Balham dwelling Peppersmith converts and even managed to impress a couple of Chicle experts from Columbia. After he had cleared up, a weary but happy Ed said “it was really nice to talk to loads of people and get them to understand what is so special about our gum”. This is just as well as we will be doing more of the same at the As Nature Intended Ealing store on Monday and the one in Chiswick next Friday. Please pop by for a chat between 11-3 if you are in the area.

Have a good weekend.

    Dear Peppersmith Crew,

When, pray, are you going to come and visit all of us in Hatton Garden?

We need our breath freshened the natural way!

    Hi nibblescribbler,

You should be able to find our gum in Meze Meze, around the corner from Farringdon tube station, or just a little bit further up the street in the FARM collective. If you can’t find it in either place, drop us an email and we’ll sort it out.
