This week we were at our first ever tradeshow – the Natural and Organic Products show at Olympia. It was good fun, we met lots of new people and discovered plenty of natural things we’d never heard of before like ear candles, moon cups and sweets that could make us more powerful lovers. There are some photos of us at the show on our facebook page.
The Natural & Organic Product Awards 2010 were also held at the same time. We were very pleased that we were finalists in the Best New Product category, but sadly it wasn’t meant to be and we finished runners-up. It’s a strange thing being beaten by a cheesecake but we have to say it was a pretty fine cheesecake and we commiserated by comfort eating a large slice each.
In other news, if you live in Bristol we’re now stocked in the feel good food store Friska and for those of you in York we’re in the Xing smoothie bar in a lovely sounding place called The Shambles.

I met you at the trade show and you very kindly gave me a sample pack for my daughter to try. She was most impressed and although I don’t use gum I am also most impressed with the ingredients. So, thanks for that and I am about to check out your ‘buy gum’ link.

I didn’t meet you at the show, at least not properly to talk to, yet ended up with a pack of your gum in my goodie bag and am impressed enough to visit your website and write this, which is a rare thing for me.
Love the packaging and what your doing with it. As feed back I am sure you did a lot of research on it, yet for me I would like the pieces to be a little bit bigger. I know I could always put 2 in at a time, but that would be a bit too much and if I bite one in half I have got mess around putting the half back in the box and that also does not look so good when I offer them to someone else, so I was wondering if there could be a size option
probably more hassle than its worth in terms of production. thats my penith worth. Loving the gum thanks.

Thanks for your feedback. We’re new and always looking at ways of improving the product so it’s really useful to hear people’s thoughts.
Piece size seems to be quite a personal thing – some like them small, some big, some go 1 piece at a time and some 2.
We went for what most people we asked seem to like but if we get more feedback like yours we’ll look again at whether to change it or as you say, make a couple of different sizes. I’ll drop you an email and let you know if we make any updates.
